What you would do
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and personalised experience throughout their stay.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication with guests and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Follow up on guest feedback and assist with special arrangements and requests.
What they are looking for
- Maldivian national with excellent spoken and written English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-focused, friendly, and confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Well-groomed, professional, and able to handle different guest situations with patience and courtesy.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
