A hardworking, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant is needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort at The Halcyon Private Isles Maldives, a luxury resort.

What you would do

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and assigned areas to the highest standards.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are properly arranged.
• Follow daily room cleaning assignments and complete tasks within the required time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest concerns promptly to the supervisor.
• Assist with special guest requests, room setups, turndown service, and other housekeeping requirements.
• Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, linen, and guest belongings with care and according to standards.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

What they are looking for

• 1–2 years' experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Good knowledge of guest room cleaning and housekeeping standards.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness.
• Physically fit, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
