About the role
Provide personalised and attentive service to guests at a luxury resort, handling their needs, preferences and requests with care and efficiency.

What you would do

- Handle guest needs, preferences and requests with care and efficiency

- Build meaningful connections with guests
What they are looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or guest-facing hospitality role
- Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Host or similar guest service role is an advantage
- Experience in providing personalised service and handling guest requests and preferences
- Experience in handling guest concerns professionally and ensuring timely follow-up
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Russian
