About the role
An adults-only retreat in the North Malé Atoll seeks an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team at this luxury island resort.

What you would do
- Assist in managing day-to-day Front Office operations.
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Supervise and support Front Office team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, and occupancy.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and assist with staff scheduling and training.
What they are looking for
- Additional language skills will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Maldives experience will be an added advantage).
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
