About the role
Lead wine operations at a luxury island resort, including wine service, cellar management and revenue generation for guest experiences.

What you would do
- Lead the resort's wine operations, including wine service, cellar management, wine-list development, inventory control, team training and revenue generation
- Work closely with culinary and service teams to create exceptional wine experiences for guests
What they are looking for
- Minimum five years of experience as a Sommelier in a luxury resort or fine-dining restaurant
- Previous leadership experience in wine or beverage operations
- Experience managing extensive wine cellars and premium wine lists
- Certified Sommelier qualification; WSET Level 3 or higher is preferred
- HACCP and responsible alcohol-service certification
- Fluent English communication skills; Chinese, Russian or French would be an advantage
- Experience using digital inventory and POS systems is preferred
