What you would do

• Oversee and maintain resort IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, and wired/wireless networks.
• Monitor performance and reliability of critical operational systems such as Opera, Micros, door lock software, and CCTV.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise the maintenance of data backups and ensure recovery systems are functioning correctly.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Provide training and guidance to staff members on IT systems and literacy.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, incident trends, and compliance for senior management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of network administration, Windows servers, and hotel-specific applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
