What you would do

• Welcomes and seats guests in a pleasant and timely manner
• Accurately takes and communicates orders effectively to the kitchen and bar
• Offers recommendations to sell, upsell, and cross sell based on product knowledge
• Assists travellers with their needs and requests, including food allergies
• Maintains the upkeep of the restaurant including compliance with HACCP standards
• Ensures guest satisfaction and ability to confidently handle travellers' concerns

What they are looking for

• At least one year experience in the same role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in the food and beverage sequence of service
• Effective time management, planning, and organising skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to work under pressure
• HACCP and WSET Level 1 certification is an advantage
