About the role

A results-driven Sales Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Department at Noku Maldives by Vignette Collection, responsible for driving revenue growth and implementing effective sales strategies.

What you would do

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
Negotiate and finalise sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for the resort.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and sales collateral.
Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Manage and monitor the sales budget, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
Perform other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

What they are looking for

At least 2 years of sales experience in the same position, preferably in luxury resorts in remote locations or Maldives resorts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering outcomes and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in handling Chinese Market will be added advantage.
