What you would do
- Create and deliver fun, guest-centred aerial and fitness programmes for all levels
- Deliver group sessions and 1-1 coaching in a resort environment
- Engage and inspire the audience with an energetic, professional stage presence
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Aerial Arts & Fitness
- Certified Aerial Arts Instructor with expertise in teaching methodology, rigging and safety awareness
- Advanced skill in at least one apparatus (silks, hoops, hammock, trapeze)
- Knowledge of safe progressions, alignment and injury prevention techniques
- Fluent in verbal and written English; additional language is a plus
- Well-presented rockstar look to match the brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
