• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
• Experience in IVD / Room Service Kitchen operations with strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta and pizza
• Experienced in private dining, destination dining, and special guest food requests
• Confident working across both Hot and Cold Kitchen sections
• Experienced in both a la carte and buffet operations
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations and best practices
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse culture
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
