An award-winning luxury resort in Baa Atoll seeks an experienced Director of Revenue and Reservations to drive commercial strategy and elevate operations.

What you would do

• Ensure the effective operation of the Revenue and Reservations department in meeting the resort's business goals.
• Train and lead the Reservations team to ensure accuracy in guest bookings, maximizing revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain full awareness of the resort's selling strategy, rates, packages, and booking status at all times.
• Manage room inventory, including allotments, blocks, and rate codes across all relevant systems.
• Drive maximum revenue from preferred rate and package products through effective selling strategy.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and long-term room revenue forecasts by market segment, and lead fortnightly revenue meetings.
• Partner with the E-Commerce Manager to optimize distribution across Sabre CRS, GDS, vakkarumaldives.com, and tour operator channels.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date booking status and liaise with the Accounts Department on reservation procedures, commissions, and credit facilities.

What they are looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel revenue management and reservations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving room revenue growth through effective forecasting, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data into actionable revenue strategies.
• Strong leadership and training skills to develop a high-performing reservations team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
