What you would do

• Manage and maintain the resort's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to all departments, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, servers, software applications, and other business-critical systems.
• Ensure data security, system backups, cybersecurity compliance, and adherence to company IT policies.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory, software licenses, and ensure proper utilization of IT resources.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, maintain IT documentation, and provide necessary technical guidance to colleagues.

What they are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, POS systems, and related hospitality applications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of network security, data backup, troubleshooting, and IT maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and provide timely technical support.
