What you would do

• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, room directions and general enquiries
• Create a positive first and last impression through professional and attentive service
• Handle guest luggage and personal belongings with strong attention to detail
• Stand, walk and handle luggage for extended periods
• Demonstrate fun, friendly and outgoing personality
• Act as a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

What they are looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bell service, guest services, Front Office or similar role in a 5* hotel or resort
• Ability to assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, room directions and general enquiries
• Ability to create a positive first and last impression through professional and attentive service
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling guest luggage and personal belongings
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk and handle luggage for extended periods
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for assisting guests
• Good command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Experience with Opera PMS or other hotel systems would be an advantage
• Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
