About the role

What you would do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve resort revenue, occupancy, ADR and market-share targets
- Drive new business and strengthen key accounts across travel trade, corporate, MICE, wholesale and leisure segments
- Manage high-value client and partner relationships, leading negotiations, contracts, sales calls, presentations and business reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, booking patterns and sales performance to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth
What they are looking for
- 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality in Maldives with proven revenue results
- Strong knowledge of leisure, corporate, MICE, wholesale, OTA, travel trade and international market segments
- Proven ability in business development, key account management, contract negotiation and strategic planning
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, pricing and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills with strong proficiency in English
