About the role
An Executive Assistant is needed at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives to support senior management and deliver exceptional service at this 5-star resort.

What you would do
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Arrange travel and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Interact effectively with senior management, team members, owners, guests and external stakeholders

- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort or hotel
- Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence and reports, arrange travel and follow up on action items
- Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proactive and resourceful, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, energetic and outgoing personality
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Well-presented appearance to match brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
