Crossroads Maldives, the country's first extraordinary multi-island leisure destination, seeks a Cluster Sales Manager to join its team of Voyagers.

What they are looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a resort or hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for multiple properties
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel sales systems such as Opera, Delphi or CRM
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for sales calls, trade shows and client events
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in an additional language is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
