What you would do

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.
• Develop creative dining concepts, menus, promotions, and special events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Monitor departmental budgets, revenue, food and beverage costs, payroll, and operating expenses.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, promotions, and innovative guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to maintain smooth operations and deliver memorable dining experiences.

What they are looking for

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably within a luxury resort or international hotel brand.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, hygiene regulations, and departmental SOPs.
• Proven ability to develop creative dining concepts, promotions, themed events, and guest experiences.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team.
