ELENA seeks a dynamic HR and Admin Coordinator to provide essential support in human resources and administrative operations in the Maldives.

What you would do

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training arrangements, and required documentation
• Support visa and work permit applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, documentation, and compliance tracking
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
• Manage office administration, supplies, facilities, travel arrangements, and general HR support
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR documentation
• Support probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee goal tracking
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information
• Support HR policy implementation, statutory compliance, and confidentiality of employee records
