What you would do

• Drive profitability by developing strategies that increase sales and maximise revenue.
• Lead and oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and service standards.
• Develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
• Create and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure strong financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation in menu development, concepts, and guest experience.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage management at a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
• Proven track record in driving profitability and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, cost control, and inventory management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
