Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage management at a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
  • Proven track record in driving profitability and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
