What you would do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety, sanitation and cleanliness of the bar, equipment and glassware.
• Assist with receiving, storing and monitoring beverage stock, ensuring proper storage, portion control and minimum wastage.
• Provide friendly and efficient guest service, work closely with bar and service teams, attend briefings and participate in training.
• Ensure the bar is properly maintained, report operational issues to the supervisor and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned by Management.

What they are looking for

• Certificate or Diploma in Bartending, Food & Beverage Service or a related field from a recognised institution is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, bar or restaurant.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of beverage quality, guest service and satisfaction.
