Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Bartending, Food & Beverage Service or a related field from a recognised institution is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, bar or restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of beverage quality, guest service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- 01Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- 02Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety, sanitation and cleanliness of the bar, equipment and glassware.
- 03Assist with receiving, storing and monitoring beverage stock, ensuring proper storage, portion control and minimum wastage.
- 04Provide friendly and efficient guest service, work closely with bar and service teams, attend briefings and participate in training.
- 05Ensure the bar is properly maintained, report operational issues to the supervisor and perform other related duties as assigned.
- 06Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned by Management.
