About the role

Crown & Champa Resorts seeks an experienced Front Office Supervisor to supervise daily front office activities and ensure exceptional guest service at their resort in Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do

  • Supervise Front Office staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver a warm and professional guest experience, handling enquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
  • Manage check-in, check-out, room allocations, guest accounts, and payment transactions accurately.

  • Handle guest calls, messages, correspondence, and other Front Office communications promptly.
  • Remain calm and professional during busy periods, emergencies, and challenging situations.
  • Assist with guest services, billing, filing, safe deposit facilities, and other duties as assigned.

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of guest service standards, hotel policies and procedures, and effective guest complaint handling.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-groomed, physically fit, and able to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
