About the role
Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Island Host to join their resort team in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalised check-in and check-out experience
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Provide information about resort facilities, activities, dining, and excursions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest services
- Assist with guest concerns and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and front-office documentation
- Assist with airport transfers, speedboat/seaplane arrangements, and other guest requirements
- Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism at all times
What they are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in Front Office, Reception, or Guest Relations
- Previous experience in a Maldives resort is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS is preferred
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer-service skills
