Crown & Champa Resorts seeks an organised and professional HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at their resort in Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR audits when required
What they are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar HR role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
