What you would do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional bar service.
• Take and serve beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Assist with bar setup, preparation, and daily operations.
• Maintain good knowledge of beverage menus and assist guests with selections.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the bar and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when required.
• Follow hygiene, health, safety, and company standards.
• Support stock control and proper handling of equipment and supplies.

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel preferred.
• Hospitality qualification or relevant training is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced resort environment.
