What you would do
- Maximize sales and profitability while delivering exceptional guest service.
- Coordinate, plan, organize, and control the Food & Beverage administrative aspects of the operation.
- Receive and record guest reservations and efficiently assign tables.
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide explanations of menu items.
- Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional and expertly served dining experience.
- Prepare the outlet for service according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain professional service standards and ensure a smooth flow of the guest dining experience.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury island resort.
- Ability to work comfortably in a remote location or island environment.
- Fluent in Russian and English — essential.
