What you would do
- Be the friendly voice guests meet first, on WhatsApp, Instagram and email
- Turn "just looking" into "we're booked!" with quotes that wow
- Plan each guest's island hop, with flights and speedboats sorted
- Spark the extras: snorkelling safaris, sunset fishing, spa days
- Keep our Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb pages shining
- Help shape a growing brand as we open new properties
What they are looking for
- Experience in hotel reservations, sales or front office
- Great English and a warm way with words; more languages a bonus
- A sharp eye for detail: flights, dates, names, checked twice
- Comfort with a PMS and OTA extranets; eZee is a plus
- Calm under pressure and all in for teamwork
- Flexible across our 08:00–20:00 service hours
