About the role
Lead bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage experiences to guests at a private island resort in the Maldives. Manage the bar team, cocktail preparation, stock control and service standards.

What you would do
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the bar team to deliver excellent service
- Ensure all beverages and cocktails are prepared and presented according to approved recipes and standards
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
- Create and recommend new cocktails and beverage offerings when required
- Monitor bar stock, conduct regular inventory, and minimize wastage
- Ensure proper ordering, storage, and handling of all beverages and bar supplies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all bar areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Train and coach bartenders on cocktail preparation, service standards, product knowledge, and upselling
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
