What you would do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, cooking ranges, refrigerators, and other related equipment.
• Maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, ironing machines, and pressing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults and prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment emergencies.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report technical issues to the Engineering team.
