Main responsibilities and duties of the post

  1. Obtaining quotations for items needed to be supplied to the school, obtaining purchase orders required to purchase items, receiving items supplied to the school store and handing them over, and maintaining records of items supplied to and issued from the store.
  2. Carrying out recruitment work
  3. Preparing and sending all necessary documents to settle the educational qualification allowance of employees.
  4. Confirming that employee appraisals have been completed and approved by the end of the year.
  5. Assisting in budget preparation and maintenance of financial accounts.
  6. Updating records of foreign employees annually by the end of the year.
  7. Preparing and sending documents such as SCT/messages to the relevant parties.
  8. Working with various departments of the school to resolve pending issues and to improve the services of the school.
  9. Announcing security, bid, and estimate work.
  10. Maintaining and organizing driver records and files, ensuring that those items are maintained in a secure manner, and completing all legal procedures required in maintaining those items.
  11. Preparing books and files required for the HR section work and filing and maintaining documents.

(b) A document issued by that office stating the position held, the duration of the post (showing years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (even if employed in different positions within one organization), calculated to cover the period of experience not visible from https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/ from Civil Service experience; or the "Reference Check Form for Job Applicants" in Schedule 8 of the Recruitment Regulations if such a document cannot be obtained.
