- Must hold a minimum BSc in Marine Biology or in a related field
- Must be a minimum PADI OWSI renewed and in status
- Must have liability insurance for EMEA Teaching status in Maldives
- At least two years of work experience in a similar role in 5-star hotel/Resort
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Possesses great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Well groomed with a positive can do attitude
