About the role
Lead one of the dining experiences at Soneva Fushi, a luxury resort in the Maldives, delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

What you would do
- Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring consistently exceptional service and guest experiences.
- Be highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests and responding proactively to feedback and preferences.
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team through daily briefings, ongoing training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure smooth coordination between service and culinary teams throughout each service.
- Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling, promotions, and memorable dining experiences.
- Monitor sales, labour, inventory, food costs, and waste to support strong commercial performance.
- Maintain impeccable restaurant presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and health and safety standards.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences.
What they are looking for
- Proven success in a supervisory or management role, ideally within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
- A natural host with exceptional guest engagement and service recovery skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of sales performance, inventory, labour, and cost control.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
