About the role
Lead and oversee Food & Beverage operations at a luxury resort in the Maldives, reporting to the Resort Manager and ensuring exceptional service standards and profitability.

What you would do
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
- Develop F&B strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, and guest experience.
- Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, and overall F&B financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop F&B teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and company standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints and service issues.
- Work closely with other departments and support in achieving the resort's overall operational and commercial objectives.
What they are looking for
- 3–5 years' experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Previous senior F&B management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and drive operational excellence.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving commercial success.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Maldives or remote island resort experience is preferred.
