About the role
Lead wine and spirits expertise at Finolhu, a luxury Seaside Collection Resort in the Maldives, curating wine lists and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What you would do
- Curate wine lists aligned with cuisine, guest preferences, and brand standards
- Provide personalized tableside recommendations to elevate the dining experience
- Train and guide service teams on wine knowledge, pairing principles, and service etiquette
- Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and support revenue growth
- Support themed events, tastings, and promotional activities
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar wine-focused role within a luxury resort, hotel, or fine-dining restaurant
- Strong expertise in wines and spirits
- WSET Level 2/3 certification preferred
- Solid understanding of hygiene standards, SOPs, and quality frameworks such as LQA
- Previous experience working in the Maldives or remote island environments is an added advantage
