Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of F&B management experience in a five-star hotel or resort; Maldives experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and delivering excellent guest satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, P&L, cost control, inventory, and revenue optimisation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and food safety knowledge.

- 02Manage budgets, revenue, food and beverage costs, labour expenses, and profitability.
- 03Lead, train, and develop the F&B team, ensuring productivity and performance.
- 04Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and resort SOPs.
- 05Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to improve service, control wastage, and maximise efficiency.
