Other benefits:

Main Responsibilities of the Post:

1- Opening the office.

2- Entering incoming cases and documents related to cases and issues, checking documents after ensuring they follow the office's set procedures, uploading documents and if documents are missing, sending a notice to those parties the next day.

3- After numbering the incoming cases in the software, clarifying the criminal record of the complainant in the case, preparing the follow-up file and preparing the case file and handing it over to the prosecutor.

4- The prosecutor preparing the case and with the remarks received, acting in accordance with the remarks and updating the file.

5- Preparing petitions to be written related to cases and other documents and complaint forms and sending all the work required for sending to court after consulting the prosecutor.

6- Upon receipt of court orders, entering those orders in the system and handing over cases to the lawyer.

7- Obtaining a report on the completion of Sharia and upon receipt of the report, attaching it to that case and performing the administrative work required to make a summary decision.

8- Performing the work required to archive completed cases.

9- Completing the tables that need to be prepared for maintaining the detailed accounts of the office.

10- Performing the work to be done at the office reception. In this manner, answering phone calls, providing information needed to the public seeking information.

11- Daily diary keeping.

12- Maintaining entry of incoming cases- checking the incoming petition, cases, mails and other documents and then entering them.

13- Maintaining stock required for office work. And monitoring the available stock and preparing stock requests.

14- Performing all the work required to equalize the admin duties and court duties that need to be done by the office.

15- Carrying out all necessary repair work in consultation with the relevant parties if anything in the building is damaged.

16- If there is a problem with the office's current equipment/asset/resources, resolving the issue in consultation with the office's administrative section.

17- Carrying out administrative work related to the office's training and workshop activities.

18- Providing assistance in procurement support work for the PEO office's office supplies.

19- In addition to this, carrying out other work assigned in relation to the office's work.

Qualification or requirements:

  1. To hold a Level 4 qualification from the Maldives National Qualifications Framework in a field related to the work of the post.
