Requirements
- Previous experience working at a resort in the Maldives is essential.

- 02Support the Front Office Manager in training, motivating, and guiding the team.
- 03Ensure compliance with resort standards and LQA requirements.
- 04Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- 05Coordinate VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and special occasions with relevant departments.
- 06Monitor guest satisfaction and support improvements in service and team performance.
