Main responsibilities and duties of the post

1-Daily checking of toilet cleaning and toilet furniture cleaning and whether tissue and hand towels are sufficient for the toilet, and rectifying these items and maintaining cleanliness.

2-Checking whether classroom furniture such as desks are in good condition and cleaning toilets and other areas of the school with a toilet cleaning mop.

3-Daily checking of whether tissue and hand towels are sufficient and rectifying these items and maintaining cleanliness.

4-Cleaning all desks, furniture and dustbins of the person to whom the work is assigned and emptying the dustbins once a week.

5-Duty in the toilets during the times when teaching is taking place.

6-Participation in preparing the school for various school functions and meetings and other matters.

7- Cleaning and maintaining class 7 rooms and school office windows, doors and windows.

8- Cleaning and maintaining desks and items such as carpets in class 8 rooms.

9- If flags need to be hoisted for large meetings and other events, hoisting flags and removing flags after the event is completed.

10- Carrying out all tasks assigned in connection with the school's official work.

  5. Copies of educational certificates obtained;

(a) For educational certificates issued by institutions outside Maldives that have been graded by the Maldives Qualifications Authority at a certain level, copies of the educational certificate and transcript; or: in cases where there is no certificate, a copy of the letter confirming completion of the course and a copy of the assessment report and transcript issued by the Maldives Qualifications Authority.

(b) Copies of educational certificates and transcript issued by local educational institutions in Maldives; or copies of letter confirming completion of the course and copies of transcript.

6- Copies of documents relevant to the following categories demonstrating work experience:

(a) If work experience has been gained in a civil service post, in a state institution, in a government-owned company, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).

(b) For work experience within the civil service that cannot be verified from https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period (in years, months and days) confirmed by that office, and stating the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).

(c) If work experience has been gained in a private company or private organisation, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) and the number of staff at the workplace.

(d) If work has been undertaken in a national or international association or society, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, and the period (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each). This letter should state whether the position held is a salaried position or not, or alternatively, an official letter from that organisation confirming this.

(e) If work has been undertaken in a dissolved state institution, or in a dissolved private company or private organisation, or in a dissolved national or international society or association, and a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period of work (in years, months and days) and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) cannot be obtained, the "Reference Check Form for Work Experience from a Dissolved Workplace" found in Table 8 of the Recruitment Rules.
