Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to support the Executive Chef and culinary team in daily administrative operations
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, food production processes, culinary terminology and departmental workflows
- Ability to maintain accurate departmental records, including duty rosters, attendance, leave records, training logs, purchase requests, inventories and staff…
- Proactive, reliable, well organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast paced, multicultural resort environment
