- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and international culinary standards
- Ability to lead, train, motivate, and supervise a multicultural culinary team while ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
