މަޤާމުގެ މައިގަނޑު މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތުތަކާއި ވާޖިބުތައް:
- އިދާރައިގެ ރަސްމީ މަސައްކަތުގައި ކުރަންޖެހޭ ދަތުރުތަކުގައި އިދާރާގެ ވެހިކަލް ދުއްވުން.
- ދުވަހުގެ މަސައްކަތް ފެށުމުގެ ކުރިން އުޅަނދުގައި އެއްވެސް ޓެކްނިކަލް މައްސަލައެއް ހުރިތޯ ބަލައި، ހަމަޖެހިފައިވާ އުސޫލުން އެފަދަ މައްސަލަތައް ހައްލުކުރުން.
- އެއްގަމު އުޅަނދުފަހަރު ދުއްވުމުގައި ބަލަންޖެހޭ ހުރިހާކަންކަމަކަށް ސަމާލުވެ ފަރުވާތެރިކަމާއެކު މިނިސްޓްރީއާއި މިނިސްޓްރީގެ ދަށުގައިވާ ތަންތަނުން ވެހިކަލްގައި ކުރަންޖެހޭ ދަތުރުތައް ކުރުމާއި ކުރެވޭ ދަތުރުތަކުގެ ލޮގް ބެލެހެއްޓުން.
- މިނިސްޓްރީން އެކި ފަރާތްތަކަށް ގެންދަންޖެހޭ ތަކެތި ގެންދިއުމާއި އަދި އެކި ފަރާތްތަކުން ގެންނަންޖެހޭ ތަކެތި ގެނައުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ކުރުމާއި މިނިސްޓްރީއާއި، މިނިސްޓްރީގެ ދަށުގައިވާ ތަންތަނުން އަތޮޅުތެރެއަށް ފޮނުވަންޖެހޭ ތަކެތި ދޯންޏަށް ގެންދިއުމާއި، އަދި މާލޭގެ އެކި ފަރާތްތަކަށް ފޮނުވަންޖެހޭ ތަކެތި އެތަންތަނަށް ގެންދިއުމުގައި އެހީތެރިވުން.
- މިނިސްޓްރީގެ ވެހިކަލަށް ދިމާވާ މައްސަލަތައް ބަލައި ކަމާބެހޭ މުވައްޒަފުންނާއި މަޝްވަރާކޮށްގެން ޙައްލުކުރުމާއި ވެހިކަލްގެ މަރާމާތެއް ކުރަންވެފައި ހުރިނަމަ ކަމާބެހޭ މުވައްޒަފުންނާ މަޝްވަރާކޮށްގެން ލަސްނުކޮށް މަރާމާތުކުރުމުގެ ކަންތައްތައްކުރުން.
- ވެހިކަލްގެ މަރާމާތުތައް އޮފީހުގެ ހުއްދައާއެކު ޤަވާޢިދުން ކުރަމުން ގެންދިއުން.
- ވެހިކަލްއަށް ބޭނުންވާ ތެޔޮ މަދުނުވާ ވަރަށް އަޅާފައިބެހެއްޓުމާ، އަދި ކޮންމެ ތިންމަހުން އެއްމަހު އަޑީތެޔޮ ބަދަލުކުރުން
- ވެހިކަލް ދޮވެ ސާފުކޮށް ފަރުވާތެރިކަމާއެކު ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި، އަދި ވެހިކަލް ސާފް ތާހިރުކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުމަށް ބޭނުންވާ ސާމާނު ހޯދުމަށް ކަމާގުޅޭ ފަރާތަށް އެންގުން.
