Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare / Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Allied Health or any equivalent degree
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in handling / managing a medical clinic or healthcare set-up
- Experience in outpatient / clinic operations, appointment scheduling, patient flow and coordination with doctors, nursing and rehabilitation team
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) / appointment booking and billing systems
- Ability to speak Dhivehi or any other language would be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership and strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- 01Provide day-to-day clinic operational and coordination across Rehabilitation, doctor consultations, Pharmacy operations and Nursing services.
- 02Identify and address operational issues affecting the smooth functioning of the clinic.
- 03Act as the central coordination point between Malé Clinic and the relevant Hospital departments.
- 04Ensure the daily and weekly schedule of all doctors in Malé Clinic is prepared and available in advance.
- 05Coordinate the operational requirements associated with doctor consultation sessions.
- 06Ensure schedule changes or operational concerns are promptly communicated to Medical Administration and other relevant teams.
- 07Coordinate transportation arrangements for doctors in Malé Clinic.
- 08Provide operational oversight of appointment booking processes for Rehabilitation services including Occupational and Speech therapy.
- 09Monitor the overall operational flow of patients in Malé Clinic.
- 10Prepare and submit a monthly clinic operations report to the Guest Services Manager and Management.
