Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related.
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Dynamic, positive and energetic work style.
Responsibilities
- 01Clean allocated villas for guest arrival and in-house guests.
- 02Replenish room supplies and bathroom amenities.
- 03Check and replenish the minibar.
- 04Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office and ensure items are properly recorded.
- 05Report any damage and maintenance issues in the villa.
- 06Prepare bed decoration as requested.
- 07Responsible for turndown service in the Villas.
- 08Attend to guests' requests and needs and handle their complaints promptly.
