Responsibilities
- 01Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and team assignments.
- 02Inspect guest villas and assigned areas to ensure resort standards are maintained.
- 03Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and timely completion of tasks.
- 04Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up on maintenance requirements.
- 05Guide, train, and support team members in maintaining service standards.
- 06Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- 07Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and departmental procedures.
- 08Report operational issues and updates to Housekeeping management.
