Responsibilities
- 01Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and update room statuses accordingly.
- 02Handle guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely follow-up.
- 03Prepare daily reports, schedules, and maintain housekeeping records.
- 04Monitor housekeeping supplies and support inventory control.
- 05Ensure smooth communication between Housekeeping and Front Office teams.
- 06Support the department in maintaining operational and service standards.
- 07Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- 08Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices at all times.
