Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role, in a luxury resort.
- Experience in both guest villa/room and public area operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and equipment.
- Ability to supervise, guide, and motivate team members.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest villas and public areas.
- 02Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
- 03Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of Villa and Public Area Attendants.
- 04Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, guest requests, and operational priorities.
- 05Ensure public areas, guest facilities, washrooms, and surrounding spaces are maintained throughout the day.
- 06Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, lost items, and safety concerns promptly.
- 07Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, cleaning equipment, and chemicals.
- 08Support training and coaching of team members on cleaning procedures and service standards.
- 09Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, grooming, and sustainability standards at all times.
