Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes and mixing techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is an advantage
- Maldives resort experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
- 01Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks, in line with resort standards
- 02Ensure excellent guest service with product knowledge of food, beverages and tobacco items offered by the resort
- 03Conduct daily opening and closing inventories and maintain accurate stock records
- 04Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean, organized and compliant with health regulations and HACCP standards at all times
- 05Label and monitor expiry dates of all bar items to maintain safety and quality standards
- 06Prepare mise-en-place prior to service to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- 07Place requisitions for bar supplies while minimizing wastage and following FIFO stock rotation
- 08Create and follow standard recipe cards for mixed beverages to ensure consistency and cost control
- 09Periodically introduce new beverage mixes and concepts to enhance guest experience
