Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, equipment, and chemicals
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems for inventory, scheduling, and reporting
- Knowledge of health, safety, HACCP, and best practices in housekeeping
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Maldives or island resorts is an advantage

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee and manage daily housekeeping, public area, and laundry operations
- 02Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and service standards
- 03Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping team members
- 04Coordinate room cleaning, turn-down service, and public area maintenance based on occupancy
- 05Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet luxury cleanliness standards
- 06Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, amenities, and equipment
- 07Prepare and control departmental budgets while maintaining cost efficiency
- 08Maintain accurate records for cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and HACCP compliance
- 09Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
