About the role

Diamonds Thudufushi, a luxury island resort, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for its People & Culture team to shape employee experience, engagement and compliance.

What you would do

• Implement and continuously improve People & Culture policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration aligned with operational needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of employee records, both digital and paper-based.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies, benefits, payroll, incentive schemes and accurate reporting through HR systems (Fusion).
• Lead employee communications, promote company values and foster positive staff relations.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and recognition programs with fairness and professionalism.
• Supervise staff accommodation, welfare, transport and related facilities, ensuring health, hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Drive innovation in People & Culture initiatives while promoting sustainable and responsible HR practices across the resorts.

• Hold a degree in HR or related field, with 1–2 years of HR experience is preferred, excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of labor law and HR…
